At Rugwix, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.

Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

  • The request must be made within the 30-day return period

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue with the product and packaging

After reviewing the information, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Sending a replacement item

  • Issuing a full refund

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item):

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.):

  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If the refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days

  • Additional processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for shipping.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing time:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
